Why train in Goa?

Ayurvedic training in Goa

There are a number of very good reasons why you should select Goa for your Ayurveda training. Perhaps the most important of these is that you will be training in an area which is steeped in Ayurveda history and culture.  You will be in a region close to where Ayurveda was ‘born’, where it all began over six thousand years ago.

The difference this can make to your future clients is enormous as you will learn to massage from the heart and not just from the hands. The training you will receive in Goa is not a diluted western version of these long proven therapies. Your training In Goa will be the real thing – Authentic Ayurveda.

The courses

Training in Ayurveda

The seven and fourteen day UK and Ireland accredited courses are designed to give delegates an insight into the amazing world of Ayurveda. At the end of the courses, delegates will understand the history and concept of Ayurveda and will be able to offer their clients a range of the most popular Ayurveda therapies. Delegates taking the seven day course will cover the main full body, head, foot, and neck oil massages and those taking the fourteen day course will also learn Shirodhara and other popular treatments.  Delegates on both courses will learn the importance of natural ingredients such as oils and herbs and spices.

All training is carried out by fully qualified Ayurveda Practitioners.

Why the Goan Experience?

Ayurvedic training in Goa

First and foremost, The Goan Experience is the only UK Company who can offer Ayurveda Massage and Beauty courses in Goa which are accredited by, the Federation of Holistic Therapists, Associated Beauty Therapists and the Guild of Beauty Therapists. The Bristol based company is run by people who have had many years experience in the industry in the UK and Ireland and are based in Goa during the courses. The courses are designed by us with western therapists in mind and do allow for free time to relax and enjoy this incredible area.

Invest in Ayurveda Training

Training in Goa in Ayurveda.Massage and Beauty therapies. Despite its long history and popularity in India and Sr Lanka, it is only in the last few years that Ayurveda therapies have become increasingly popular in the west. Ayurveda has already made major inroads into salon treatments in the USA and Canada and now that trend looks set to continue throughout Europe including the major potential markets of the UK and Ireland.
This growing popularity of holistic therapies, has unlocked a whole new spectrum of opportunities for properly trained Ayurveda therapists. Your training in this area can truly be considered as an investment rather than a cost. With proper marketing and promotion, your new found skills should quickly show excellent returns on your ‘investment in training’.
